Month 3 Get’n Health wk 12

Week 11: March 17 to March 23

I have not lost any more weight; I am maintaining between 157 and 158 pounds. My goal is to be around 140 to 145 which is the ‘healthy’ weight for a 5’2″ female. I continue to eat healthy, with exceptions here and there. Last week I reduced the amount of root vegetables and replaced them with lettuce/salads. We only walked one day, and I did very small amount of inside exercise on a day. I am struggling to balance work, school and home life to have time to get outside and get more exercise. I like to go on walks with Brian however he is also struggling to keep up on his schoolwork so has been prioritizing school over exercise. I may need to start taking Mack for walks by myself or use the treadmill that is mostly used as a bed quilt trying rack. Not sure what else to do to get over this hump to lose another 15 or so pounds.

Today, Sunday I am focused on getting ahead on homework to be available for other items throughout the week. Last week was spring break from school and I did take some days off however Friday and Saturday I was able to knock out several assignments. I am a week ahead in the Advanced Spreadsheets class, after doing homework today, I will be one week ahead in the Financial Accounting 2 class and will be on schedule for the Income Tax Accounting class. I like the spreadsheet and financial accounting classes so typically get ahead in those first then begrudgingly work on the tax class.

March 17

  • Coffee w/ a packet of stevia and whole milk
  • 1 Keto bread, ham and cheese w/ honey mustard
  • 3 Cups water w/ lemon
  • Chicken, rice, black bean, corn, diced tomatoe, cheddar quesadilla
  • 3/4 Cups vanilla ice cream with peanuts, chocolate and strawberry syrup

March 18 – Gave myself a reward day

  • Coffee w/ a packet of stevia and whole milk
  • 4 Slices beef sausage
  • 2 Keto bread, ham and cheese w/ honey mustard
  • Popcorn w/ butter, cheddar seasoning, parmesan cheese
  • A pack of Hi Chew strawberry candy
  • 1/2 ICEE Water
  • Left over chicken w/ buttered rice
  • I had a headache and my stomach was cramping so I gave myself a cheat day. I had no energy to do anything after work so jumped in bed and stayed there.

March 19

  • Coffee w/ a packet of stevia and whole milk
  • Left over chicken w/ buttered rice
  • Cold coffee w/ a packet of stevia and whole milk
  • Taco Salad (Lettuce, sour cream/taco seasoning dressing, onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, taco meat)
  • 1/2 Cups honey nut cherrios

March 20

  • Coffee w/ a packet of stevia and whole milk
  • 2 Keto bread slices, peanut butter, grape jam
  • 2 Keto bread slices, ham, cheddar cheese, honey mustard
  • 3/4 Cups pistachios
  • Pulled Pork w/ BBQ sauce, french fries
  • 1/2 Cups vanilla ice cream with peanuts, chocolate and strawberry syrup

March 21

  • Coffee w/ a packet of stevia and whole milk
  • 3 Eggs w/ 2 slices of Keto toast
  • 24 Oz 60/40 Faygo soda
  • Pepper steak w/ brown basmati rice
  • 1 Cup dry apple jacks cereal

March 22
